Wuyishan Zheng Shan Xiao Zhu black tea is a type of black tea produced in Wuyishan, China, known as the originator of black tea. The tea leaves are smoked over pine wood and have a very strong pine smoke aroma. It is produced in Tongmuguan, Wuyishan City, Fujian Province. The tea leaf are black in colour, tightly striped and the tea broth is deep red with a characteristic cinnamon aroma, which was developed into Kung Fu black tea. Perfect for curry and meat dishes.

武夷山正山小種紅茶是中國武夷山生產的一種紅茶，被稱為紅茶鼻祖。茶葉經松木熏製而成，有著非常濃烈的松煙香。產地位於福建省武夷山市桐木關。茶葉呈黑色，條形緊索，茶湯為深紅色，有特有的桂圓香味，後來在基礎上發展成功夫紅茶。非常適合於咖喱和肉的菜餚搭配。
